Natasha’s areas of practice involve personal injury litigation, civil litigation, professional malpractice, and fiduciary litigation. She is an experienced civil trial lawyer who has served on the plaintiff’s and defense side.
Originally from England, Natasha earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude. She then earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, graduating with a Certificate of Concentration in Trial Advocacy.
During law school, she volunteered with the juvenile arbitration program and was a legal intern for the Office of the State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. Upon graduation, Natasha received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for her service to the community.
Prior to joining Avera & Smith, Natasha represented insurance companies and school boards around the State of Florida. She has handled all phases of civil litigation, from pre-suit to jury trial. Natasha now uses the valuable experience and insight gained from her defense work to represent those who have been wronged and/or injured.
